Continuum of Care (FL-507) Snapshot Dashboard

This dashboard summarizes HMIS data found in the HUD CSV file.  It allows users to visualize demographics and entry/exit data in our HMIS system.  This data can also be broken down by Project Name and Project type, and filtered by Start and End date.  The Cutoff Date can be used to calculate First Time Homeless and Returns to Homelessness. Population filters can be used to filter up to three dimensions simultaneously across the entire dashboard. Charts for Inflow vs. Outflow, System Flow by Last Exit, and Data Quality Over Time help to show data over time and give insight into the overall health of our HMIS system.

The Snapshot Dashboard is updated on the 15th of every month and includes a 12 month look-back of HMIS data.
