This page provides the official governance documents for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) of the FL-507 Continuum of Care (CoC). These documents establish the policies, procedures, and standards that govern the operation of the HMIS in Central Florida, which includes Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

The HMIS Lead Agency is responsible for preparing and executing the Data Quality Plan (DQP). Together with the CoC, they will verify that HMIS data quality is acknowledged and addressed continuously and objectively.
