Welcome to the Summary Dashboard!

This dashboard summarizes HMIS data found on the APR.  It breaks down the annual activity in our HMIS system by common demographics such as age, gender, race and ethnicity, as well as other identifying factors such as veteran and disability status.  Other data found on this dashboard includes housing success rate, income demographics, data quality, and length of stay in programs.

The Summary Dashboard is updated on the 15th of every month and includes a 12 month look-back of HMIS data.
