Do you need help?
Are you currently homeless?
See below for a list of Central Florida locations where you can meet with a triage specialist. If you are unable to visit in person, please call 2-1-1 or go to hfuw.org/get-help/211-help/ for assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Important: If you are a military veteran in need, please call 2-1-1 or (407) 743-5117, visit any of the veterans sites below, or email veteran@hsncfl.org.
For all others, please know…
The sites listed below are safe locations where people experiencing homelessness can meet with trained workers to explore housing resources.
Unfortunately, most emergency shelters, particularly those for families, are full, and housing programs do have waiting lists. But Hub workers will do everything possible to help you explore alternatives to being on the streets. They'll discuss your situation and try to connect you with housing resources.
Housing assistance depends on your eligibility, and it is not typically provided at the time of your initial visit. People will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis until 15 to 20 minutes before closing to ensure each person has sufficient time with a triage specialist.
Note that families do not need all members present at this initial meeting — only the head of household.

Mobile Sites
Mobile Hubs are occasionally offered at changing locations in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties to make information on housing resources more accessible. As with ongoing sites, these are safe locations where people experiencing homelessness can meet with trained workers to explore potential solutions.
We will provide future dates and times as they become available.
